Dr. Megan Shen is a PhD social psychologist, professor, author, and keynote speaker who helps leaders and individuals navigate the often overlooked drivers of burnout and despair - unacknowledged loss and chronic uncertainty - by translating cutting-edge research into practical strategies for building resilience, creativity, and joy that allow them to thrive no matter how challenging the circumstances are.
